1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing individual makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in exploring their personal style through makeup artistry.
3. Stay informed about new products, beauty trends, and techniques to enhance customer experience.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program and its benefits to customers.
5. Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct one-on-one makeup appointments with customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and skills.

1. Certificate or qualification in makeup artistry is highly desirable.
2. Previous experience in sales and makeup artistry.

2. Ability to stay updated with beauty trends and product knowledge.
3. Proficiency in makeup application and techniques.
4. Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Previous experience in sales and makeup artistry is preferred.

Certificate or qualification in makeup artistry is highly desirable.

$27.50 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday shifts.
