1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in discovering their inner artist through makeup application and education.
3. Stay informed about new products, beauty trends, and techniques to enhance customer experience.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program to help customers maximize their beauty potential.
5. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct one-on-one makeup appointments with customers.

1. Certificate or qualification in makeup artistry is highly desirable.
2. Previous experience in sales and artistry.

1. Strong customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to stay updated with the latest beauty trends and products.
3. Proficiency in makeup application and techniques.
4. Capability to work collaboratively within a team.

Previous sales and artistry experience is required.

Up to $28.50/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
