1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in exploring their artistic potential through makeup application.
3. Stay informed about new products and beauty trends to offer expert advice.
4. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer engagement.
5. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct one-on-one makeup appointments with customers.
7. Collaborate with the team of Studio Artists to share and expand product knowledge.

1. Certificate or qualification in makeup artistry is highly desirable.
2. Previous sales and artistry experience is required.

5. Proficiency in makeup application techniques.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and makeup artistry is required.

Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.

$28.60 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday work.
