1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in discovering their inner artist through makeup application.
3. Work across various departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
4. Participate in initial onboarding training and continuous learning through online platforms and field trainers.
5. Promote Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
6. Engage in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
7. Conduct one-on-one appointments to share artistry knowledge with customers.

1. Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.
2. Minimum 3 years of sales and artistry experience.

A minimum of 3 years in sales and artistry is required, with a certificate or qualification in artistry being highly desirable.

$28.60 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
