1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in discovering their inner artist through makeup application and product knowledge.
3. Stay informed about new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
4. Promote the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program to enhance customer experience.
5. Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct 1:1 appointments to share artistry knowledge with customers.

1. Previous experience in sales and artistry.
2. Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.

1. Strong customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to stay updated with beauty trends and product knowledge.
3. Proficiency in makeup application and techniques.
4. Willingness to participate in continuous learning and training.

Previous sales and artistry experience is required.

Up to $28.50/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
