1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in discovering their inner artist through makeup application and product recommendations.
3. Stay informed about new products, beauty trends, and techniques to enhance customer experience.
4. Promote the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program to customers.
5. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct 1:1 makeup appointments with customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to share and expand knowledge of iconic brands.

1. Previous sales and artistry experience.
2. Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.

1. Strong customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to stay updated with beauty trends and product knowledge.
3. Proficiency in makeup application and techniques.
4. Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Flexibility to work during peak trading times, including late nights and weekends.

Previous experience in sales and makeup artistry is required.

Up to $28.50/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
