1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in exploring their creativity through makeup artistry.
3. Stay informed about new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
5. Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct one-on-one appointments to share artistry knowledge with customers.

1. Previous sales and artistry experience.
2. Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.

2. Ability to observe and apply new beauty trends and techniques.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in educating customers about products and programs.

Up to $28.50/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
