4. Promote Sephora's CRM program, highlighting its benefits to customers.
5. Engage in cross-training and participate in in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct one-on-one appointments to share artistry knowledge with customers.

1. Previous sales and artistry experience.
2. Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in conducting makeup applications and consultations.

Previous experience in sales and makeup artistry is required.

Up to $28.50/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
