1. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing unique makeup needs.
2. Inspire and assist customers in exploring their artistic potential through makeup.
3. Stay informed about new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques.
4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Sephora's CRM program.
5. Participate in cross-training and in-store beauty expert training sessions.
6. Conduct one-on-one appointments to share artistry knowledge with customers.

1. Previous sales and artistry experience.
2. Certificate or qualification in artistry is highly desirable.

4. Proficiency in makeup application and artistry techniques.

$27.50 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
