1. Provide active support and advice to customers in the Makeup department, staying abreast of beauty trends.
2. Exhibit the Sephora Attitude: Welcoming, Knowing, and Closing sales effectively.
3. Sell products by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships.
4. Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
5. Continuously develop personal expertise and contribute to team knowledge.
6. Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
7. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
8. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is stocked and products are prepared for sale.
9. Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
10. Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
11. Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
12. Operate the cash register and perform additional tasks related to daily business.
13. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, items per basket, average basket, customer feedback, and number of services.

1. Completed training in the Makeup field with a minimum training period of 6 months.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the Makeup department.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
3. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
4. Fluency in English or German.
5. Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills.
6. Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.

Minimum of 3 years in the Makeup department, with mature experience in retail and customer interaction.

Completed training in the Makeup field (minimum 6 months).
