- Provide active support and advice to customers in the Makeup department, staying abreast of beauty trends.
- Exhibit the Sephora Attitude: Welcoming, Knowing, and Closing sales effectively.
- Sell products by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships.
- Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and contribute to team knowledge.
- Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is stocked and products are prepared for sale.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
- Operate the cash register and perform additional tasks related to daily business.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, items per basket, average basket, customer feedback, and number of services.
- Completed training in the Makeup field with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Makeup department.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Mature experience in retail, consulting, and customer interaction.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluency in English or German.
- Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.
Minimum of 3 years in the Makeup department, with mature experience in retail and customer interaction.
Completed training in the Makeup field (minimum 6 months).
