1. Provide active support and advice to customers in makeup, skincare, hair care, and fragrance.
2. Exemplify the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
3. Share in-depth product knowledge and beauty trends with customers and team members.
4. Continuously develop personal expertise and share insights with the team.
5. Conduct beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
6. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
7. Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
8. Assist with merchandising updates and inventory management.
9. Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.

1. Completed training in relevant beauty departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Organized, reliable, and communicative with a friendly demeanor.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry is required.
