1. Manage and cultivate supplier relationships, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of suppliers and market dynamics.
2. Oversee supplier mapping and collaborate with strategic partners to ensure service quality and performance.
3. Negotiate and monitor supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with CSR standards.
4. Coordinate new product launches, managing procurement of packaging and services.
5. Analyze project margins and generate performance reports.
6. Participate in the development and monitoring of business continuity plans.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with a specialization in purchasing.
2. Professional proficiency in English.
3. 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in promotional items or make-up.
