- Manage supplier relationships and maintain comprehensive knowledge of suppliers and upstream markets, including financial performance, industrial capabilities, and market dynamics.
- Oversee supplier mapping and collaborate with strategic suppliers to ensure service quality across various dimensions such as logistics, economics, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate supplier performance reviews and resolve disputes effectively.
- Monitor and report on supplier sustainability metrics and negotiate rebates and financial agreements.
- Coordinate industrial capacities, production workflows, and supply chain agility with suppliers.
- Participate in business continuity planning and implement continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to achieve cost savings and supply chain efficiencies.
- Handle procurement for new product launches, including packaging and bulk materials, and manage tender processes.
- Analyze and select supplier proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and legal frameworks.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and exclusivity agreements for new and existing products.
- Track and analyze project margins and supplier performance, maintaining accurate procurement data in SAP and other systems.
- Contribute to budgeting, stock reduction, and disengagement strategies, and participate in tool evolution projects as a key user.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in procurement.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the beauty or packaging industry.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills with a strategic vision.
- Ability to work in an international environment and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Proficient in project management and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with SAP and procurement tools.
