1. Manage supplier relationships and maintain comprehensive knowledge of suppliers and upstream markets, including financial performance, industrial capabilities, and market dynamics.
2. Oversee supplier mapping and collaborate with strategic suppliers to ensure service quality across various dimensions such as logistics, economics, and regulatory compliance.
3. Facilitate supplier performance reviews and resolve disputes effectively.
4. Monitor and report on supplier sustainability metrics and negotiate rebates and financial agreements.
5. Coordinate industrial capacities, production workflows, and supply chain agility with suppliers.
6. Participate in business continuity planning and implement continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to achieve cost savings and supply chain efficiencies.
7. Handle procurement for new product launches, including packaging and bulk materials, and manage tender processes.
8. Analyze and select supplier proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and legal frameworks.
9. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and exclusivity agreements for new and existing products.
10. Track and analyze project margins and supplier performance, maintaining accurate procurement data in SAP and other systems.
11. Contribute to budgeting, stock reduction, and disengagement strategies, and participate in tool evolution projects as a key user.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in procurement.
2. Professional proficiency in English.
3. 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the beauty or packaging industry.

2. Ability to work in an international environment and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
3. Proficient in project management and team collaboration.
4. Familiarity with SAP and procurement tools.
