1. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, painting, and general upkeep.
2. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment, such as lubrication and cleaning.
3. Check, change, and clean powered industrial truck batteries.
4. Document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
5. Provide general labor or perform custodial tasks and household fixture repairs.
6. Operate various motorized material handling equipment as needed.
7. Assist in the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company social functions, meetings, and events.
8. Ensure compliance with safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting any violations.
9. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
10. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
2. Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Knowledge of general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment.
2. Proficiency in standard maintenance practices, including lubrication and adjustments.
3. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
4. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
5. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
8. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

Beginner level experience in mechanical maintenance and repair, with a preference for material handling equipment maintenance experience.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Starting base pay is $26.25 - $28.10 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
