Sephora Maintenance Technician

1. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, painting, and general upkeep.
2. Complete preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment, including lubrication and cleaning.
3. Check, change, and clean powered industrial truck batteries.
4. Document equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
5. Provide general labor and custodial repairs as needed.
6. Assist in setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up company events.
7. Comply with safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting any violations.
8. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training or experience.
2. Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Knowledge of maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment.
2. Proficiency in operating standard hand/power tools and shop equipment.
3. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
7. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.

Entry-level position requiring a background in mechanical maintenance and repair. Experience with material handling equipment maintenance is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $26.25 - $28.10 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
