Sephora Maintenance Technician

1. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Diagnose and document necessary repairs and adjustments to equipment.
3. Execute facility repairs and upgrades as directed.
4. Assist in custodial repairs and the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events.
5. Adhere to safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting any violations.
6. Follow company loss prevention policies and procedures.
7. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High school diploma or equivalent with technical training.
2. Minimum of three years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in general maintenance practices for motorized equipment, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
2. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
3. Competence in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
5. Adaptability to changing priorities and operational needs.
6. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

A minimum of three years of practical experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with a background in automated process control or material handling equipment maintenance.

High school diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Starting base pay ranges from $31.75 to $33.95 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
