Sephora Maintenance Technician

1. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Assess, perform, and document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments.
3. Execute equipment and facility repairs and upgrades as assigned.
4. Assist in custodial repairs and the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events.
5. Ensure compliance with safety laws, Sephora's safety policies, and loss prevention procedures.
6. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime based on business needs.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
2. Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment, conveyors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
2. Experience in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems.
3. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
4. Competence in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
6. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and operational needs.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with a background in automated process control or material handling equipment maintenance.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Starting base pay is $30.25 - $32.35 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
