1. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Assess, perform, and document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments.
3. Execute facility repairs and upgrades as assigned.
4. Assist in custodial repairs and event setups, teardowns, and cleanups.
5. Ensure compliance with safety laws, Sephora's safety policies, and loss prevention procedures.
6. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
2. Minimum of three years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.
3. Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Proficiency in general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment, conveyors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
2. Experience in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems.
3. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
4. Competence in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
6. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and operational needs.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Minimum of three years in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Starting base pay is $30.25- $32.35/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
