Sephora Maintenance Technician

1. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, painting, and general upkeep.
2. Complete preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment, including lubrication and cleaning.
3. Check, change, and clean powered industrial truck batteries.
4. Document equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
5. Provide general labor and custodial services as needed.
6. Assist in the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events and meetings.
7. Ensure compliance with safety laws, policies, and loss prevention procedures.
8. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
2. Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Knowledge of maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment.
2. Proficiency in operating hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Entry-level experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $27.50 - $29.45/hr, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
