Sephora Maintenance Technician III

1. Inspect, monitor, and maintain facility structure, equipment, and surrounding grounds.
2. Perform major mechanical and advanced electrical repairs on standard warehousing equipment.
3. Complete Preventive Maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and building HVAC systems.
4. Document necessary equipment and facility repairs and adjustments.
5. Conduct OSHA and state-mandated training related to maintenance and sanitation activities.
6. Comply with all safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting violations to management.
7. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.

1. At least 6 months experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic principles.
2. Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.
3. 2 years of maintenance experience in a facilities, distribution, and/or manufacturing environment, or 4 years without degree.
4. Automated Process Control or MHE maintenance experience.
5. Experience with Lock-out/Tag-out process, fall protection, and other OSHA regulations.

1. Proficiency in preventive/predictive maintenance practices.
2. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Knowledge of maintenance practices for MHE, conveyors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
4. Experience in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems.
5. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.

Minimum 10 years of extensive mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.

Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.

Starting base pay is $35.75 - $38.25/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
