1. Inspect, monitor, and maintain facility structure, equipment, and surrounding grounds.
2. Perform major mechanical and advanced electrical repairs on standard warehousing equipment.
3. Collaborate with local service providers, inspectors, and property asset managers.
4. Complete Preventive Maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
5. Document necessary equipment and facility repairs and adjustments.
6. Conduct OSHA and state-mandated training related to maintenance and sanitation activities.
7. Adhere to safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting any violations.
8. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime.

1. At least 6 months experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic principles.
2. Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.
3. 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities, distribution, or manufacturing environment, or 4 years without a degree.
4. Experience with Automated Process Control or MHE maintenance.
5. Previous experience with Lock-out/Tag-out process, fall protection, and OSHA regulations.
6. Extensive mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.
7. Welding and/or fabrication experience.
8. CFM, Electrical, HVAC, lift truck certifications/licenses preferred.

1. Proficiency in utilizing various test and metering equipment.
2. Knowledge of in-depth maintenance practices for MHE, conveyors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
3. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
4. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
5. Proficiency in preventive/predictive maintenance practices.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.

Starting base pay is $34.25 - $36.65 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
