1. Inspect, monitor, and maintain facility structure, equipment, and surrounding grounds.
2. Perform major mechanical and advanced electrical repairs on standard warehousing equipment.
3. Complete Preventive Maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
4. Document necessary equipment and facility repairs and adjustments.
5. Conduct OSHA and state-mandated training related to maintenance and sanitation.
6. Ensure compliance with safety laws and Sephora's safety policies.
7. Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to designated shifts and overtime as needed.

1. At least 6 months experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic principles.
2. Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.
3. 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities, distribution, or manufacturing environment OR 4 years of relevant experience.
4. Automated Process Control or MHE maintenance experience.
5. Experience with Lock-out/Tag-out process and OSHA regulations.
6. Extensive mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience.
7. Welding and/or fabrication experience.
8. CFM, Electrical, HVAC, lift truck certifications/licenses preferred.

1. Proficiency in preventive/predictive maintenance practices.
2. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Proficient in the utilization of various test and metering equipment.
5. Knowledge of in-depth maintenance practices for MHE, conveyors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
6. Experience in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance, including extensive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.

Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.

Starting base pay is $34.25 - $36.65/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
