Sephora Maintenance Technician III

1. Inspect, monitor, and maintain facility structure, equipment, and building grounds.
2. Perform major mechanical and advanced electrical repairs on standard warehousing equipment.
3. Collaborate with local service providers, inspectors, property asset managers, and other technicians.
4. Complete preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
5. Conduct OSHA and state-mandated training related to maintenance and sanitation activities.
6. Ensure compliance with safety laws and report any violations to management.
7. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.

1. At least 6 months experience with PLC logic principles and related technologies.
2. Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.
3. 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities, distribution, or manufacturing environments, or 4 years without a degree.
4. Experience with Automated Process Control or MHE maintenance.
5. Previous experience with Lock-out/Tag-out processes and OSHA regulations.
6. Extensive mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.

1. Proficiency in using test and metering equipment.
2. Knowledge of maintenance practices for MHE, conveyors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
3. Experience in repairing and maintaining HVAC systems.
4. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
5. Proficiency in preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
6. Manual dexterity to use power tools and mechanical equipment safely.

Minimum of 10 years in a relevant maintenance role, with extensive mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.

Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred.

Starting base pay is $35.75 - $38.25 per hour, with potential for shift differential pay.
