1. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Perform and document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments.
3. Assist in custodial repairs and facility upgrades.
4. Support the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events and meetings.
5. Ensure compliance with safety laws and company policies, reporting any violations.
6. Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.
3. Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Proficiency in general maintenance practices for motorized equipment and HVAC systems.
2. Ability to operate hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Competence in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
5. Adaptability to changing priorities and operational needs.

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in maintenance mechanics or equivalent roles.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

The target hourly pay for this position is $31.75 - $33.95, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
