Sephora Maintenance Technician II

- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
- Perform and document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments.
- Assist in custodial repairs and facility upgrades.
- Support the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety laws and company policies, reporting any violations.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including overtime.
- High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.
- Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Proficiency in general maintenance practices for motorized equipment and HVAC systems.
- Ability to operate hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
- Competence in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and operational needs.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in maintenance mechanics or equivalent roles.
High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
The target hourly pay for this position is $31.75 - $33.95, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
