Sephora Maintenance Technician II

1. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Perform and document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments.
3. Execute facility repairs and upgrades as directed.
4. Assist in custodial repairs and the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events.
5. Adhere to safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting violations as necessary.
6. Follow company loss prevention policies and procedures.
7. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
2. Two to three years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.
3. Background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Proficiency in general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment, conveyors, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
2. Experience in HVAC system maintenance.
3. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
4. Competence in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
6. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Two to three years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent, with a background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Starting base pay is $31.75-$33.95/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
