Sephora Maintenance Technician II

1. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Assess, perform, and document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments.
3. Execute equipment and facility repairs and upgrades as assigned.
4. Assist in custodial repairs and support company events setup and teardown.
5. Adhere to safety laws and Sephora's safety policies, reporting any violations.
6. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
7. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
2. Two to three years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.

1. Knowledge of maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
2. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Proficiency in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
5. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs.

Two to three years of practical experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Experience with automated process control or material handling equipment maintenance is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Starting base pay is $31.75 - $33.95 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
