1. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyor belts, and HVAC systems.
2. Perform and document equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
3. Execute facility repairs and upgrades as assigned.
4. Assist in custodial repairs and event setup and teardown.
5. Ensure compliance with safety laws and Sephora's safety policies.
6. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
7. Maintain flexibility in work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in general maintenance practices for motorized equipment, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
2. Ability to operate hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
3. Competence in reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training.

Starting base pay is $30.25-$32.35/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
