Sephora Maintenance Technician

1. Perform basic maintenance and repairs to equipment and facilities as assigned.
2. Conduct maintenance on building grounds as directed by the Maintenance/Facilities Manager.
3. Complete equipment and facility repairs and upgrades in plumbing, painting, and basic upkeep.
4. Execute preventive maintenance tasks on motorized material handling and warehousing equipment.
5. Check, change, and clean powered industrial truck batteries.
6. Document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments accurately.
7. Provide general labor and custodial services, including household fixture repair.
8. Operate motorized material handling equipment as needed.
9. Assist in the setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events.
10. Comply with safety laws, policies, and procedures, reporting any violations.
11. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
12. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including required overtime.

1. High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
2. Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

1. Knowledge of general maintenance practices for motorized material handling equipment.
2. Proficiency in standard maintenance practices such as lubrication and calibration.
3. Ability to operate standard hand/power tools and shop equipment safely.
4. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
5. Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
8. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and needs.

Beginner level experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.

Starting base pay is $27.50 - $29.45/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
