Sephora Maintenance Specialist

- Serve as a liaison and motivator for architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the maintenance process.
- Assist the Head of Operations in defining the annual maintenance budget for both routine and extraordinary activities.
- Plan and manage maintenance activities for each store in alignment with the budget, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and relevant legislation.
- Oversee the tender process for global services and maintenance contractors to meet budget objectives, supporting negotiations with the Head of Operations and Procurement managers.
- Collaborate with the legal department and procurement manager in preparing and executing global services and maintenance contracts.
- Prepare and maintain cost control documents, focusing on cost analysis versus budget reports, and coordinate with the finance department for orders and payments.
- Ensure timely submission of documents for necessary permits for maintenance activities.
- Manage extraordinary maintenance activities to minimize disruption and ensure swift and effective solutions.
- Monitor on-site safety regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Optimize store installations and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption, implementing remote store automation systems.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, budgeting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Customer/client focus.
A minimum of three years in maintenance management, ideally within a retail setting.
