1. Serve as a liaison and motivator for architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the maintenance process.
2. Assist the Head of Operations in defining the annual maintenance budget for both routine and extraordinary activities.
3. Plan and manage maintenance activities for each store in alignment with the budget, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and relevant legislation.
4. Oversee the tender process for global services and maintenance contractors to meet budget objectives, supporting negotiations with the Head of Operations and Procurement managers.
5. Collaborate with the legal department and procurement manager in preparing and executing global services and maintenance contracts.
6. Prepare and maintain cost control documents, focusing on cost analysis versus budget reports, and coordinate with the finance department for orders and payments.
7. Ensure timely submission of documents for necessary permits for maintenance activities.
8. Manage extraordinary maintenance activities to minimize disruption and ensure swift and effective solutions.
9. Monitor on-site safety regulations and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
10. Optimize store installations and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption, implementing remote store automation systems.

1. 3+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a retail environment.

1. Strong understanding of maintenance planning, budgeting, and cost control.
2. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
3. Customer/client focus.

A minimum of three years in maintenance management, ideally within a retail setting.
