- Manage and execute the Beauty Insider Program within Canada.
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotions to engage Beauty Insider clients.
- Strategic planning and collaboration with teams across sampling, inventory, production, email, site, analytics, and brand marketing.
- Oversee loyalty program execution and manage redemption of offers, perks, and rewards.
- Support client engagement and program growth in coordination with US counterparts.
- Optimize client engagement through in-store and online programs, promotions, and campaigns.
- Create and execute events to reward loyal clients and boost program visibility.
- Extract data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations for campaign optimizations.
- Define success measures and KPIs to monitor program performance.
- Lead creative development process for Canada, ensuring marketing assets are on strategy.
- Collaborate with the tech team on projects and program enhancements.
- Inspire and develop direct reports.
- Serve as the expert and thought-leader for Beauty Insider campaigns and promotions.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or loyalty; beauty retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience in leading impactful campaigns.
- Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Ability to gather and interpret data and trends for business recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Monday.com, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in writing, conversation, and presentations.
5+ years in marketing, advertising, or loyalty, with a preference for beauty retail experience.
