Sephora Loyalty Program Manager

- Manage and execute the Beauty Insider Program in Canada, focusing on marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Strategically plan and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sampling, inventory, production, and brand marketing.
- Oversee the execution of loyalty programs and manage the redemption of offers, perks, and rewards.
- Support client engagement and program growth in coordination with US counterparts.
- Optimize client engagement with Beauty Insider benefits through in-store and online promotions and campaigns.
- Create and execute events to reward loyal clients and boost program visibility.
- Extract data, conduct analysis, and provide recommendations for campaign and program optimizations.
- Define success measures and KPIs to monitor program performance.
- Lead the creative development process for Canada, ensuring all marketing assets are on strategy and flawlessly executed.
- Collaborate with the tech team on projects and program enhancements.
- Inspire and develop direct reports.
- Serve as the expert and thought-leader for Beauty Insider campaigns and promotions.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or loyalty; beauty retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience in leading impactful campaigns with strong project management skills.
- Experience in cross-functional team leadership within marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Monday.com, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to gather and interpret data and trends to make business recommendations.
- Creative problem-solving skills and confidence in ambiguous situations.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in writing, conversation, and presentations.
5+ years in marketing, advertising, or loyalty, preferably within the beauty retail sector.
