- Lead the execution of Sephora's Beauty Pass Loyalty Program in Thailand, focusing on expanding the Black and Gold customer base.
- Ensure excellence in implementing loyalty program strategies, adhering to guidelines and best practices from the SEAOI Regional Loyalty Team.
- Collaborate with the SEAOI Regional Loyalty Team to launch and evaluate new program initiatives, ensuring measurable results.
- Act as the primary liaison between the SEAOI Regional Loyalty Team and the Thailand market, aligning strategic loyalty objectives.
- Translate regional strategies into actionable market-specific plans, coordinating with local teams such as Digital, Merchandising, and Retail.
- Curate and maintain an attractive selection of rewards and gifts within the Rewards Boutique and Birthday Gifts.
- Train and empower store teams to drive loyalty program member acquisition, retention, and uptiering efforts.
- Conceptualize and execute impactful loyalty member events, tracking and optimizing ROI.
- Lead regular market business reviews with the SEAOI Regional Loyalty Team, providing performance updates and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Extract and analyze monthly data on loyalty and major commercial campaigns.
- Strong leadership and execution skills in loyalty program management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Experience in event planning and ROI optimization.
Experience in loyalty program management or a related field is preferred.
