- Oversee the main program KPIs, creating accurate monthly forecasts and reconciling them against actuals.
- Lead monitoring of key loyalty program health metrics to identify status and risks, and delve into insights and trends.
- Leverage data to provide actionable insights that optimize program performance and enhance customer retention.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, digestible format to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage all incoming data requests to support loyalty-related data needs across stores, e-commerce, and brands.
- Lead discussions and requests for insight and reporting needs for thematic campaigns and brand/product launches.
- Set up a prioritization framework to handle competing demands and effectively distribute work among team members.
- Oversee the delivery of scheduled reports focusing on loyalty metrics in-store and online.
- Manage and maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards for real-time metrics accessible to the organization.
- Share reports with strong implications to ensure stakeholders are well-informed for effective decision-making.
- Drive data excellence by aligning with insight experts across the group, including Offers, E-commerce, and Retail.
- Manage relationships with business teams to understand data needs and ensure timely and relevant results.
- Organize and manage all incoming data requests, ensuring clarity and purpose of data required.
- Create an effective data repository for access and sharing across teams and requestors.
- Coordinate with Global and Central tech teams to ensure access to correct data platforms and reliability of data.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in analyzing large datasets and creating actionable insights.
- Track record of success in leveraging data to drive business decisions with demonstrated impact.
- Preferred experience in the retail industry focusing on multiple brands and products, as well as complex data segments.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in learning new data platforms and leveraging tools for data analysis, with knowledge of Power BI preferred.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple and conflicting requests and create effective delivery plans.
- Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and insights generation, preferably within the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
