Sephora Loyalty Analyst

- Conduct loyalty forecasts to support demand planning.
- Oversee analytics for loyalty programs, providing insights and supporting cross-functional team needs.
- Produce and deliver standard reports focused on promoted samples to assist with decision-making.
- Provide analytics support on sampling follow-on reports during market weeks and lead weekly office hours to address team inquiries.
- Part-time support for other loyalty reporting needs.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics.
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics, preferably within retail, CPG, or beauty industries.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in data extraction, analysis, and interpretation.
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights from data.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and escalate issues appropriately.
1-2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics, preferably within retail, CPG, or beauty industries.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics).
The annual base salary range for this position is $101,440.00 - $114,120.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
