- Analyze large volumes of client data to inform client-centric strategies.
- Develop, publish, and optimize dashboards using Tableau and Excel.
- Conduct deep dive analyses to uncover new insights and opportunities.
- Synthesize complex data analytics into easily understood concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive client growth and loyalty.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance client experience.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to address strategic business questions.
- 2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics, preferably in retail, CPG, or beauty industries.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.
2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics, preferably in retail, CPG, or beauty industries.
The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
