1. Protect store assets from theft and collaborate with management to implement operational controls and reduce shrinkage.
2. Provide friendly and professional customer service while conducting surveillance and utilizing CCTV to identify, observe, and deter theft.
3. Adhere to all Sephora policies and legal regulations regarding arrests, seizures, and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, other retailers, law enforcement, and mall security.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company for criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Conduct training sessions for new hires and employees on loss prevention awareness.
8. Perform store audits, inspections, and communicate findings to store management and district loss prevention manager.
9. Assist store management in stock preparation and processes.
10. Collaborate with stores and district loss prevention manager to develop and execute loss prevention plans.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
2. Meet and maintain licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local authorities.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills, including listening, interviewing, and interpersonal communication.
4. Ability to remain calm and provide effective guidance on loss prevention techniques.
5. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Capability to work across multiple stores within the same market.
