1. Lead the Security Prevention Practices in Sephora Mexico, focusing on loss prevention in stores and distribution centers.
2. Oversee the delivery of executive protection services and embedded consulting services.
3. Identify improvements and track key performance metrics to enhance performance in alignment with business strategy.
4. Ensure compliance with internal controls according to CEDIS requirements.
5. Conduct investigations into suspected theft and internal fraud, including interviews when necessary.
6. Promote and implement security best practices across the organization.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and improve security services, processes, and initiatives.
8. Coordinate data collection and analysis to generate strategic and tactical interpretations.
9. Drive compliance with corporate loss prevention program standards.
10. Conduct Loss Prevention audits of all country stores and address any security issues.
11. Support the development and deployment of cost-effective security systems and solutions.
12. Establish risk assessment processes to identify and prioritize risks and mitigation strategies.
13. Demonstrate knowledge of loss prevention best practices in retail, supply chain, and distribution.
14. Supervise executive protection engagements and manage the loss prevention executive security program.
15. Oversee civil protection in the corporate office.

1. Experience in executive protection strategy.
2. Solid experience in executing and strategizing Loss Prevention activities for physical sites such as warehouses and retail stores.
3. Experience with security equipment including intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and video review systems.
4. Experience in security services, asset protection, audit, risk management, and inventory control.
5. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
6. 5 years of experience managing security and loss prevention in supply chain, industrial, logistics, and transportation environments.
7. CPP, PSP, TAPA training is a plus.
8. Interviewing and interrogation experience, with Wicklander and Zulawski certification being advantageous.
