Sephora Loss Prevention Analyst

- Analyze inventory, shrink, and theft reports across retail and warehouse environments to identify areas of risk and loss.
- Support the Loss Prevention and Retail Operations teams with store security coordination, including security guard scheduling, CCTV and alarm maintenance, and supply orders.
- Assist the National Loss Prevention Manager in developing and implementing loss prevention strategies and procedures.
- Monitor company locations for potential losses using security technologies such as surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarms.
- Manage and coordinate store cycle counting and annual stocktakes.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends related to theft, fraud, and other losses.
- Prepare reports for senior management with recommendations for improving loss prevention efforts.
- Assist in investigations into potential losses, review evidence, and collaborate with law enforcement as necessary.
- Utilize software and applications to monitor and update work order status and maintain user access for applicable systems.
- 2+ years of experience in Loss Protection/Asset Protection, inventory management, or as an analyst in multi-unit retail environments.
- Experience with the Australian retail market is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills for effective liaison with store management, employees, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with computer technology, including loss prevention applications, MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and store systems.
- SAP experience is essential.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and auditing skills.
- Ability to develop plans, policies, and procedures clearly and concisely.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive issues ethically and maintaining confidentiality.
2+ years in Loss Protection/Asset Protection, inventory management, or analyst roles within multi-unit retail environments.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
