Loss Prevention Agent

1. Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients as needed.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize the CCTV system to identify, observe, and apprehend or deter individuals from committing external theft.
3. Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and the preservation of evidence.
4. Prepare reports related to theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Develop and maintain a professional relationship with internal partners, local law enforcement agencies, mall security, and other retailers.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any case, criminal or civil.
7. Provide new hire and continuous employee training to maintain store loss prevention awareness.
8. Conduct store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections.
9. Assist store leadership team with inventory preparation and process.
10. Partner with stores and District Loss Prevention Manager in the development and execution of shrinkage prevention plans.

1. 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements as required by province or local jurisdiction.
3. High School graduate or equivalent.
4. Availability to work flexible hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Availability to work at multiple locations within a market.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel is desirable.

1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.

High School graduate or equivalent.

The compensation ranges between CAD$22.40 - CAD$26.35. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including qualifications and experience.

Work in a fragrance-filled environment. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
