1. Provide exemplary service to clients while conducting surveillance on the sales floor and through CCTV to identify and deter theft.
2. Adhere to laws and Sephora policies related to apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
3. Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
4. Cultivate professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
5. Testify in court on behalf of the company as required.
6. Conduct new hire and ongoing employee training to enhance loss prevention awareness.
7. Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections, communicating findings to the Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
8. Assist with inventory preparation and process, collaborating on shrinkage prevention plans.

1. Minimum of 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail setting.
2. Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as per provincial or local jurisdiction.
3. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

At least 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.

High School diploma or equivalent.
