Sephora Loss Prevention Agent

- Provide exemplary service to clients while conducting surveillance on the sales floor and through CCTV to identify and deter theft.
- Adhere to laws and Sephora policies related to apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Prepare detailed reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Cultivate professional relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company as required.
- Conduct new hire and ongoing employee training to enhance loss prevention awareness.
- Perform store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections, communicating findings to the Leadership team and District Loss Prevention Manager.
- Assist with inventory preparation and process, collaborating on shrinkage prevention plans.
- Minimum of 1 year of asset protection or loss prevention experience in a retail setting.
- Meet and maintain all licensing requirements as per provincial or local jurisdiction.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
At least 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within a retail environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
