1. Conduct surveillance in the sales area and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
2. Identify and communicate potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
3. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring the preservation of evidence when necessary.
4. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant departments.
5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store employees, local law enforcement agencies, shopping center security, and other retailers.

1. Completion of secondary education.
2. Experience in customer service roles.
3. Previous experience as a Loss Prevention Agent or similar position.
4. Experience in the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy sectors.

1. Strong observational and analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Familiarity with CCTV systems and security protocols.

Previous experience in loss prevention or a related field is required, particularly within the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy sectors.

Secondary education completed.
