1. Conduct surveillance in the sales area and use CCTV systems to identify, observe, and communicate suspicious activities.
2. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
3. Follow all Sephora policies and procedures related to suspicious cases, ensuring the preservation of evidence when necessary.
4. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant departments.
5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all store employees, local law enforcement agencies, shopping center security, and other retailers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service experience.
2. Experience as a Loss Prevention Agent or similar role.

Experience in the beauty segment, supermarkets, apparel, or drugstores.
