1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management on loss prevention strategies.
2. Conduct surveillance in sales areas and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
5. Report all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Assist with store audits, security checks, and communicate results to store leadership.
9. Support inventory processes and ensure store licenses are up-to-date and accessible.
10. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training modules and raise awareness on loss prevention among store teams.
11. Participate in onboarding and training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention, preferably in retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Availability and flexibility to work in multiple store locations if required.
4. Adherence to dress code.

Experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience being desirable.
