1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management on loss prevention strategies.
2. Conduct surveillance in sales areas and utilize CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
5. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Monitor store audits, security checks, and inspections, communicating results to store leadership.
9. Assist store leadership with inventory processes and conduct punctual and cyclical inventory checks.
10. Ensure store licenses are up-to-date and available backstage.
11. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures, adhering to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
12. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training modules and raise awareness about loss prevention among store teams.
13. Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to training new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention, preferably in retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer skills.

Prior experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience being highly desirable.
