1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management to prevent losses.
2. Conduct surveillance in sales areas and utilize CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
5. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store employees, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Assist in store audits, safety checks, and communicate results to the leadership team.
9. Support inventory processes and ensure store licenses are up-to-date and accessible.
10. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training modules and raise awareness about loss prevention among store staff.
11. Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention, preferably in retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Availability and flexibility to work in multiple store locations.
4. Adherence to dress code.

Minimum 3 years of experience in loss prevention.
