1. Safeguard store assets against theft through vigilant monitoring and use of CCTV systems.
2. Identify and report internal theft opportunities to store management.
3. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious activities and evidence preservation.
4. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
5. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
6. Develop professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
7. Assist in store audits, safety checks, and communicate findings to store leadership.
8. Support inventory processes, including punctual and cyclical inventory checks.
9. Maintain updated store licenses and ensure availability in the backstage area.
10. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training modules and raise awareness about loss prevention among store staff.
11. Participate in training sessions and contribute to the onboarding of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention, preferably in retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning abilities.
3. Basic computer skills.

Previous experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience being desirable.
