1. Protect store assets against theft and work collaboratively with management to prevent losses.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation when necessary.
5. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to the appropriate departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Assist with store audits, safety checks, and inspections, and communicate results to store leadership.
9. Support inventory processes and ensure licenses are up-to-date and available.
10. Complete all Sephora Learning training modules and raise awareness of loss prevention within the store team.
11. Participate in training sessions for new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention, preferably in retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning abilities.
3. Basic computer literacy.

Experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience being desirable.

High school diploma or equivalent.
