- Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
- Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
- Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring the preservation of evidence when necessary.
- Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all store employees, local law enforcement agencies, shopping center security, and other retailers.
- Completion of secondary education.
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience as a Loss Prevention Agent or Security Officer.
- Experience in the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy sectors.
- Strong observational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using CCTV systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Previous experience in loss prevention or security roles within retail environments is required.
Secondary education completed.
