- Conduct surveillance in sales areas and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
- Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
- Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation when applicable.
- Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with store employees, local law enforcement agencies, shopping center security, and other retailers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in loss prevention or similar roles.
- Experience in the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy sectors.
Experience in customer service and in a loss prevention role within the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy industries is required.
