1. Conduct surveillance in the sales area and use CCTV systems to identify, observe, and communicate suspicious cases.
2. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
3. Follow all Sephora policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring the preservation of evidence when necessary.
4. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant areas.
5. Develop and maintain a professional relationship with all store employees, local police agencies, shopping center security, and other retailers.

1. High school diploma.

1. Customer service experience.
2. Experience as a Loss Prevention Agent or similar role.

Experience in the beauty segment, supermarkets, apparel, or drugstores.

High school diploma.
