1. Conduct surveillance in the sales area and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and communicate suspicious activities.
2. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
3. Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring the preservation of evidence when necessary.
4. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the appropriate departments.
5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all store employees, local law enforcement agencies, shopping center security, and other retailers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service experience.
2. Experience as a Loss Prevention Agent or Security Officer.
3. Experience in the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy sectors.

Experience in customer service and as a Loss Prevention Agent or Security Officer, preferably within the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent.
