1. Protect store assets against theft and work collaboratively with management to prevent losses.
2. Conduct surveillance in sales areas and utilize CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and communicate potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
5. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, shopping center security, and other retailers.
8. Assist with store audits, safety checks, and communicate results to store leadership.
9. Support inventory processes and ensure timely and cyclical inventory checks.
10. Maintain updated store licenses and ensure availability in the backstage area.
11. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
12. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training sessions and raise awareness of loss prevention among store teams.
13. Participate in touchbase sessions and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention.
2. Retail experience is desirable.

2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer literacy is desirable.

Beginner-level experience in loss prevention is required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
