1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management to prevent losses.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
5. Report all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Assist with store audits, security checks, and communicate results to store leadership.
9. Support inventory processes, including timely and cyclical inventory checks.
10. Ensure store licenses are up-to-date and accessible.
11. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures, adhering to LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
12. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning trainings and raise awareness of loss prevention among store teams.
13. Participate in touchbases and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention, preferably within the retail sector.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning abilities.
3. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Beginner-level experience in loss prevention, with retail experience preferred.
